starting problem

    Dear Stephan,
    I'm italian and I'm not able to speak german; I don't speak english very well, so forgive me if you don't understand something about this message.
    I installed BibleZ right now, but the start command doesn't work. I tried to start Biblez from command line and the answer was: "carlo@pcblu:~$ biblez
    /home/carlo/.themes/BluePanel-Murrina/gtk-2.0/gtkrc:54: Murrine configuration option "hilight_ratio" will be deprecated in future releases. Please use "highlight_shade" instead.
    Couldn't create database. Error:/usr/bin/data/misc/bnames.xml /usr/bin/data/misc/linklist.xml

    What have I do?
    I discovered your project here (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?s=727106af0d4267bddbb1bd5c0e56a610&t=1212200) and I was very happy for your idea. Osis modules and sintax are unable to be used with other texts (also non bliblical), but I hope this is possible with your BibleZ. I'm teacher of italian literature: your project could be useful for my interests.
    I have also other questions:
    - In your texts there is also italian catholic Bible CEI 1974?
    - How can I make some text for Biblez? Is there any software to do this (I'm not able to write xml...)?
    - In Italy we have another edition and translation of the Holy Bible called CEI (Italian Episopal Conference) 2008: is it possible to have it for Biblez?

    Hello Carlo,

    thank you for reporting the problem. There is an bug in the current deb package. I will fix it in the next days. You can test BibleZ by getting the current source code (bzr branch lp:biblez/0.3, then cd 0.3 and python biblez).

    I will answer you other questions later, ok?

    now I want to answer some of your questions:

    Yes, here.

    How can I make some text for Biblez? Is there any software to do this (I'm not able to write xml...)?

    At the moment the only way to make some text for BibleZ is to create a Zefania XML module. But you can also convert a sword module to Zefania XML. Maybe there is a software later.

    It is possible to use it in BibleZ if someone convert it to Zefania XML. There are some converters around the web.
